LEASING STEPS:

1. Call or Email us to reserve a unit

2. Give us your contact information and choose a unit size 
​
3. Come by the leasing office to sign your lease. At this time you will also:
  • Make your first payment
  • Be issued your gate code
  • Purchase a lock from the office 
​
4. Once you have been moved into the system, you can go online to create an account where you can make monthly payments via debit or credit card. We can also set up your account for recurring monthly payments
